For optimal performance, 1 Mbps upload speed is recommended for each 1080P camera. Bitrate settings can be adjusted in the DVR to accommodate slower network speeds. Mobile app requires iOS 9.3 or later and Android 9 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
- Pre-installed with a new 4TB surveillance hard disk drive for 10+ days of continuous local recording at the highest resolution. Option to replace internal hard drive with up to two hard disk drives of 16TB each. Motion detection options allow you to record only when motion is detected to save hard drive space.

Troubleshooting Camera Display Issue
Preparation: Check Cam Format
- Compatible with TV, AHD, CV1, and analog formats up to 5MP (2560 × 1920 pixels at 12.5 fps).
- Not compatible with SDI cameras.
Preparation Check Night Vision
- Ensure that the night vision infrared light on your camera is enabled by testing it in a dark environment.
Troubleshoot Black&White Image
- If daytime images are black & white, go to Main Menu > Camera, set video format to CVI, click apply. Check again in Live View.
Tiger Logo Appears on Channel
- Check if the camera’s night vision is on.
- Ensure cameras are firmly connected to DVR.
- Use non-SDI cameras with resolution≤5MP.
