Replacing the tubing on your CPAP machine is a simple process that can be done in a few steps. Here’s how to do it:
- Unplug the machine from the power source and remove the old tubing from the machine.
- Take the new tubing and attach one end to the elbow connector on the CPAP machine. Make sure the connection is secure and that there are no leaks.
- Attach the other end of the tubing to the mask. Again, make sure the connection is secure and that there are no leaks.
- Turn the machine back on and check for any leaks in the new tubing. If there are no leaks, you’re all set.
- If you notice any leaks, check the connections to make sure they are secure, and make sure the tubing is not twisted or kinked.

Improving CPAP HygieneOver time, CPAP tubing can accumulate grime, mold, gunk, and other debris that can block your tubing. Replacing it on a regular basis can help improve hygiene and prevent the spread or build-up of dirt on your tubing. |
Adding CPAP ComfortOur standard tubing replacements are designed to be flexible, which can improve your overall comfort while using your CPAP machine. Old or damaged hose may be more rigid or uncomfortable, making it more difficult to sleep. |
Optimizing your CPAP TherapyAs CPAP tubing becomes older and more brittle, it may start to develop cracks or leaks, which can reduce the effectiveness of your CPAP therapy. Using a new, standard tubing replacement ensures that your CPAP machine is providing the proper air pressure and maintaining optimal therapy levels. |
Protecting your CPAP InvestmentA clogged CPAP hose can cause extra wear and tear on your machine, potentially shortening its lifespan. Regularly changing the tubing can help keep your machine in good working condition and prevent costly repairs or replacements. |
