If you connect your cameras to the PoE Ports of the NVR, please configure the cameras to DHCP Mode.
If you connect your cameras to the LAN Ports of the NVR, please configure the camera as a static IP and ensure that the IP of the IPC and NVR are in the same network segment.
If you are using Hikvision and Dahua IPC, make sure the ONVIF protocol is enabled and ONVIF account is added.

We you update the NVR to the latest firmware for best compatibility. The latest firmware can be found in the resources link down below.
