Cramer GH2 Support System
The Cramer GH2 Support System provides support for the groin, hip flexors, quadriceps, and hamstrings. The support’s shorts provide comfortable compression, while the two elastic straps can be adjusted to provide support to any targeted area.
The support comes with two straps to provide a multitude of wrapping options to target specific muscles and strains. This allows you to customize the fit, comfort, and support level based on your needs. Use the short strap to support the quads and hamstrings, and use the long strap to add support for the hip flexors and groin.
The Cramer GH2 comfortably fits under basketball shorts, football pads, and other athletic gear without inhibiting performance. The straps can be wrapped around either the right or left leg.

Step 2Cross the strap back over the starting point, then wrap it around the top of the waistband. |

Two elastic straps provided are designed to provide additional support to the hamstring, quads, groin and hip flexors. The straps adhere to the shorts and mimic the wrapping techniques used by health care professionals. The athlete can apply the straps by themselves making them more comfortable when dealing with injuries related to the groin. Shorts can be machine washed and dried.
