How do I put my Leg Sleeve on and take it off properly?
Pull the Leg Sleeve on by gripping the top and sliding it up so the octagonal pattern is over the kneecap. To remove, pull down from the bottom edge to keep the stays straight and avoid rolling or wrinkling that could cause the stays to deform.
Incrediwear Leg Sleeves are easy to clean. Wash warm or cold, tumble dry low. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
Should I wear my Leg Sleeve before, after, or during activities?
The Leg Sleeve can be worn during and after any activity to provide relief and post-activity recovery.
