NoBaked Cookie Dough is made without eggs, which eliminates the chance of getting a foodborne illness from raw eggs. It’s also made with heat-treated flour. Many people don’t realize how often raw flour has been contaminated. By heat treating the flour, we prevent contamination. These two things make our cookie dough safer to eat than cookie dough that’s made for baking. Our safe-to-eat cookie dough is one that actually tastes good!

However, NoBaked Cookie Dough can remain in ambient temperature for two weeks in transit so don’t worry if your dough arrives warm. It’s still safe to eat. It’s also normal for there to be leakage or oil on or inside the jars and box. Just stir the dough, put it in your refrigerator, and enjoy! NoBaked Cookie Dough stays fresh for about six months in the refrigerator. In the freezer, you can keep it up to 1 year!
