Bulgur Pilaf With Vermicelli
The Recipe
- Place 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 tbsp of butter in saucepan.
- Add the Coarse Bulgur With Vermicelli. Stir 2 cups of boiling water and 1 tsp of salt.
- Cook over low heat for 15 minutes Cover and simmer until stock is absorbed.
- Remove from heat.
- Cover and let stand for 15 min.
