- Cook cheese differently! Our Cheese baker allows you to cook and serve hot cheeses to share for an aperitif or a raclette dinner.
- Coulommiers, reblochon or goat cheese, place the cheese in the Baker cheese (diameter 17 cm) with the filling of your choice (honey, herbs, spices..), close and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- You can serve directly in the cheese baker: dip in bread or crackers or serve with a spoon on vegetables, potatoes or cold meats.
- During cooking, the lid infuses flavors, prevents the cheese from drying out, retains odors and keeps it warm until serving time. The Cheese Baker is oven safe up to 270°C, microwave and dishwasher safe without risk of colour fading.
