- BING’S FAVORITE: This popular series is dedicated to Bing Crosby, a well-known actor, singer, golf enthusiast, and a lover of Billiard style pipes. The black vulcanite stem features the head of a golf club and ball, etched in brass, and is paired with deep-burgundy finished briar wood
- SAVINELLI BALSA FILTERS: A porous material, balsa wood filters are wonderful at absorbing moisture, as well as other lingering extras that can be found in tobacco smoke. Because the balsa tree grows incredibly fast, they can be easily replenished without damaging the environment.
- LONGER STEM: Not as long as a Churchwarden pipe, but longer than traditional tobacco pipes, the Bing’s Favorite has an extended Bent Billiard shape, giving this briar pipe both style and sophistication.
- CHANGING THE FILTERS: To take apart your Savinelli pipe, rotate the stem clockwise and gently pull apart. Remove the filter, clean the tobacco pipe, then slide a new filter into place. To reassemble, rotate the stem clockwise and gently push back together.
- THE SAVINELLI STORY: The Savinelli story starts in Milan, Italy in 1876 when Achille Savinelli Sr. opened one of the world’s first stores exclusively selling tobacco accessories. It was there that Savinelli began first designing pipes, utilizing the same machines, techniques, and strategies still employed today.
