PTZ IP POE Camera is a high quality full-featured commercial grade security camera with excellent customization settings in the app and computer, which allow for great control and finetuning of the setup, which is a great buy for HOME security and business.
- Protocol: PTZ poe camera support TCP/IP, HTTP, DHCP, DDNS, RTP, RTSP, PPPOE, SMTP, NTP, UPNP.
- PoE Switch: If you’re using a PoE switch work with poe security camera, the standard IEEEE802.3AF (port 15.4W) and IEEE802.3AT (port 25.5W) all can works well. Power supply voltage requires between 44-57V, typical value standard 48V.
- Static IP: The poe ip camera comes with DHCP as default from the factory – no need to mess with static default IP change.

Some Tips Can Help You Use the PTZ Security Camera Well!
Two ways to power on the POE IP camera:
1. Use power adapter to power on the camera(SV3C package comes with power adapter), and use the Ethernet cable to connect the wifi camera and router. Run App Camhipro, Click “+” and select “Search camera on Lan”, add security camera, then you can remote access the camera on app.
2. Use POE Switch to power on & connect the camera with internet all via one Etherent cable. Run App Camhipro, Click “+” and select “Search camera on Lan”, add security camera, then you can remote access the camera on app.
Why does the 5mp ptz camera connect Blue Iris, but no video/image?
Please change video format of the surveillance camera to H264 first, BlueIris only support H264.
Why does the ptz ip poe camera’s spotlights always keep switch on?
Why does the ptz poe camera cannot human tracking?
Please manually turn on auto tracking function on APP camhipro.
Why does the auto tracking security camera keep rebooting?
Why does the spotlight security camera has no color vision?
The light sensor of the outdoor ip camera is in an unobvious site (Little black hole on the camera’s bracket), please put the night vision camera in a proper site then confirm the light sensor can induction light source well.
