How to use:
· Connect the HDMI input source into HDMI Splitter. ( HDMI Input cable ).
· Connect the HDMI output equipment into HDMI Splitter. ( HDMI Output cables ). Attention: Insert / Extract cables gently.
· Insert the DC side of 5V power supply into HDMI Splitter and then connect the AC side of the power supply into the wall outlet.
Please note before use:
1. HDMI Splitter easily distribute 1 HDMI device signal to 4 HDMI displays simultaneously, just duplicate, it will not provide four different outputs, you will get 4 same Outputs on four monitors.
2. If both the input and output devices support the CEC, you wouldn’t lose CEC. You can still use a remote control to control a set of devices by connecting the switch spllitter.
3.When output 1080P @ 60Hz and 4K @ 60Hz 4: 4: 4 for different resolution monitors at the same time, HDMI input cable is up to 3 meters and HDMI output cable is up to 5 meters.
The newly upgraded 7 EDID modes can be displayed by the EDID mode select switch for the currently applied EDID mode, increasing the combination of adjusting the output screen resolution and channel selection , and compatible with most of displays.
EDID mode 1: Fix 1080P and 2.0 channel audio
· No matter what kind of the displays are connected, the EDID (Display information) will be replaced with fix EDID ( 1080P resolution for display and 2.0 channel audio ).
EDID mode 2: Fix 1080P and 5.1 channel audio
· Different from EDID mode 1 , it will be output 1080P resolution for display and 2.0 channel audio.
EDID mode 3: Fix 4K @ 60Hz and 2.0 channel audio
· No matter what kind of the displays are connected, the EDID (Display information) will be replaced with fix EDID ( 4K@60Hz resolution for display and 2.0 channel audio ).
EDID mode 4: Fix 4K @ 60Hz and 5.1 channel audio
· No matter what kind of the displays are connected, the EDID ( Display information ) will be replaced with fix EDID ( 4K@60Hz resolution for display and 5.1 channel audio ).
Tip: The 4K monitor should support 4K @ 60Hz instead of 4K @ 30Hz.
EDID mode 5: Copy port 1
· The splitter copies the EDID of the display which connected to Output 1. If there is no display connected to Output 1 when powering on, the input ports will present internal default EDID ( 1080P @ 60Hz, 2.0 channel audio ) to the source device.
EDID mode 6: EDID compose mode
· Splitter analyzes EDID of all displays simultaneously, then provides best compatibility options to the input devices.
e.g. Two of the four monitors support 1080P, and the other monitors support 4K @ 30Hz and 4K @ 60Hz respectively. In this case, the splitter will provide default maximum resolution 1080P to the input device (computer).
EDID mode 7: EDID compliant mode
· Splitter complaints with 4K @ 60Hz and 1080P
Tips:
1. After completing EDID setting, please restart the device for the settings to take effect.
2. The 4K monitor need support 4K @ 60Hz instead of 4K @ 30Hz.
3. EDID mode 7 can be realized what needs input signal is 4K@60Hz.

- When using 4K@60Hz as an input , it is required that Input HDMI cable < 118 inch (9 feet)and the output HDMI cable < 197 inch(15 feet).
- When using 4K@30Hz as an input, it is required that Input HDMI cable <197 inch (15 feet)and the output HDMI cable < 393 inch(30 feet).
- When using 1080@60Hz as an input, it is required that Input HDMI cable < 393 inch (30 feet)and the output HDMI cable < 590 inch(45 feet).
The tips listed above are for reference only. The quality of cable has a great influence on transmission distance.
